Grilled Chicken Marinade
Don’t skip of flavor when you’re looking to reduce FODMAPs! Make this marinade from your pantry staples and avoid any unnecessary digestive upset. I use this amount for two chicken breasts:
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons of olive oil or FODY garlic-infused oil
Juice from half of a lemon
1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon of each: dried thyme, oregano and rosemary
Pinch of salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Whisk ingredients together and pour over chicken.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight if there’s time).
Drain the chicken from the marinade and cook as desired.
